Lessons are organized into short, high-signal modules: video + guided notes + practice set. You can study on your schedule, and we recommend 30–60 minutes per day.
If you pause for a few days, you can resume without losing access to your progress.

If the course isn’t a match, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review usage (modules completed and downloads) and do our best to resolve it quickly—refund or a better-fit alternative.

Yes. After you complete the required modules and pass the final check, your certificate becomes available for download.
If you need a name correction, send a request—certificates are regenerated and re-signed.

Absolutely. The player, notes, and quizzes are optimized for mobile. For best results, use Wi‑Fi for videos and download printable notes to keep an offline reference.

Wait 5–10 minutes, then try logging in again. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support and include the last 4 digits of the card and the purchase timestamp.
