1) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Solidhub Prep (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase.
• If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2) Accounts, security, and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Provide accurate and current information during registration and checkout.
• Do not share access to paid features in ways that circumvent plan limits or licensing.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

3) Plans, billing, taxes, and renewals

If the Service offers paid plans, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at checkout. Prices may change from time to time; changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively affect completed billing periods.

• Billing method: you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscriptions or one-time purchases.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Taxes: we may collect applicable taxes based on your billing address or location.
• Failed payments: if a charge fails, we may retry, suspend access, or downgrade features until payment is resolved.

4) Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks

Refund eligibility depends on the product type and timing. Unless otherwise required by law, all sales may be final after access is granted or digital content is delivered. If a refund is available, it will be processed to the original payment method.

• Cancel anytime: you can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previously paid fees.
• Pro-rata refunds: if offered, they apply only as explicitly stated at purchase time.
• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension while we investigate.

5) Acceptable use policy

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with normal operation, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access.

• No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive content.
• No scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits without written permission.
• No distributing malware, phishing, credential theft, or security exploitation.
• No attempts to disable, overload, or disrupt the Service, networks, or infrastructure.

6) Content, intellectual property, and licenses

The Service, including software, text, design, and branding, is owned by Solidhub Prep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

• You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or redistribute protected materials except as expressly permitted.
• If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use it without compensation.

7) Disclaimers (no warranties)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
• Any information provided is for general purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solidhub Prep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

• If liability is found, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, those limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited.

9) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide a reasonable notice (for example, by posting an updated date on this page). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
